Return & Refund Policy

Here’s the deal. We make sure every Sarkolé product is checked before it leaves our hands. But if something arrives damaged or wrong, we fix it.

Returns

We only accept returns if:

  • You received a damaged or leaking product
  • You received the wrong product
  • The package is missing items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or opened perfumes
  • “I didn’t like the fragrance” cases (perfumes fall under personal-use items)

Time window

You have 48 hours from delivery to raise a return request. After that, we can’t process it.

How to request a return

Email support@sarkole.com with:

  • Order ID
  • Unboxing video (mandatory; shows the issue clearly)
  • Photos of the product + packaging

Refunds

Once the product is picked up and verified, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Replacements

If the product is in stock, we’ll replace it instead of refunding.
